The equipment is multi-layer plate filter machine, which is applicable to the process operation with the requirements of fine filtration and semi-fine filtration such as purification,sterilization and defecation with sealed filtration in the liquid with low viscosity and little slagging content under the concentration of 50%,it can realize the sterile filtration without passing the microporous film by directly adopting microporous filtration film.
It can be made of SS304 or SS316 as required, and the material of plate can be stainless steel or PP based on actucal use.

Structure of Plate Filter Machine
Working Principle of Plate Filter Machine:
Suspensions(material to be filtered) will be put into the hermetic straining chamber by pump, at the function of the pressure, suspension will flow through the filter layer, filter membrane and other filter media, and flow out through the filter membrane then,the filter residue will be left and become filter cake in the sheet frame, so purpose for the solid-liquid separation will be come true.

1, Simple and easy to operate, the machine is equipped with a stainless steel pressure pump, which is equipped with a small motor, low power consumption;
2, The user only need to connect the feeding hold and filtrate discharge hole before start operating.
3, Except the motor, the other parts are made of high quality 304 or 316L stainless steel corrosion-resistant material, beautiful appearance and health, high temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant, durable and long service life.
4, The filter plate adopts whorled structure,advanced structure, no deformation, easy to clean, thus it can effectively increase the service life of various membrane, thereby reducing and saving production costs.
5, All the parts have been installed with the sealing ring (milky silicone rubber seals, non-toxic high temperature), no leakage, good sealing performance.
6, When working, pressurized sealed filtration, without liquid material loss, good liquid clarity effect.
