What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
How much is the freight charge?
To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity, such as 1000pcs disposable poncho ,10,000pcs of bracelets, 2000pcs phone cases, etc. They are not heavy, if shipped by express, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge is not higher than that by sea.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
