Process:

 

Modified bitumen membrane production line is that making asphalt ,rubber powder ,machine oil ,stone  powder together to be the mixed material, then to make the material glue with base materials after heating and extruding ,next step is that composited PE film or rock particles on the double side of formed membrane ,the device is automatically formed ,cooled and adjusted by tension control ,automatic rolled into winder membrane which control by traction device,finally made up bitumen waterproof  membrane ,it has good production structure ,and good properties of peel strength ,tensile strength tear ,elongation ,low temperature,aging and other comprehensive performance is very good ,it can be used directly by self adhesive and paste roasted ,and it also can be boned directly on the concrete base ,adhesive strength ,difficult to falling ,construction is extremely simple and convenient.

 

 

Working principle

 

The whole working principle can be divided into 3 steps.

 

1.To mix the bitumen,rubber powder , talcum powder , engine oil and some other raw materials via mixing tanks(the mixing tank should be kept warm by conduction oil).The finished mixtures can be called bituminous mixtures .

 

2.The bituminous mixtures will be deliveryed into coating pools.Then the base

material(reinforcement)will be coated with the bituminous mixtures.At last ,the coated  

reinforcement will be covered by PE film or sand or other materials.At that time ,the bitumen  membrane preliminary forming.

 

3.The finished products will be cooled by water and air,then be rolled by auto-winder.

 

The scope of application

 

Self-adhesive rubber asphalt waterproofing membrane can be applied to the general industrial and civil construction and other waterproof performance has a higher requirements of the waterproofing works.It can be used for all parts of underground buildings (including basement floor, elevator shaft, basement exterior wall, basement roof, etc.) and roof, podium, balcony (terrace), bathroom waterproof and moisture.
