1)Are you a factory or trading company?

Re: Our company is an industry and trade integrated company which specializes in producing high-quality and reasonably-priced clothes.

2)What's your MOQ?

Re: For each design and each color, our MOQ is 300 pcs. It depends on the design that you like.

3)What are your price terms?

Re: We usually offer EX Work price, FOB or CIF price terms which is valid for 30 days.

4)What's your packing way?

Re: Take T shirts as example, 1pc/polybag, 100 pcs/ctn., approximately 7 KG gross weight, carton size: 53cm*29cm*37cm. In other cases, it's determined by your demands.

5)What are your terms of payment?

Re: T/T, Trade Assurance, Western Union, MoneyGra, and Cash are acceptable.  There are different payment methods in different countries and regions.

6)May I have my own design?

Re: Certainly, we can make customization in accordance with your demands. We would be more than happy to receive your drawing or original samples for customization.

7)Can I get a sample before place the order?

Re: Undoubtedly, sample could be provided for evaluation and it's to be charged at 60 dollars per design, which will be refunded when the order quantity exceed 500pcs .

8)How about the delivery time?

Re: As for sample order, it takes about 3-5 days; For mass production, it takes about 10-25 days in general.

9)What's your discount policy?

Re: The price is determined by your order quantity and detailed requirements. The larger the order quantity, the lower the price.
