Principle of work:

The powder granule in the container(fluidization ) appear in the state of fluidization . It is Pre-heated and mixed with clean and hot air, At the same time, the solution of adhesive is fogged and sprayed into the container . The particle clumped into granules containing adhesive, Under the continuous drying of hot air , Moisture in the granulation is evaporated and the adhesive solidified. The continuously repeated movements formed the ideal size uniform, Micro-porous spherical particles.

 

Application : 

* Pharmaceutical industry: tablet capsule, low sugar or no sugar granules of Chinese medicine.

* Foodstuff: cocoa, coffee, milkpowder, juice of granules, flavoring and so on.

* Drying of powder or granular wet material.

* Coating: granules, pill protection layer, color preparedness, sustained-release, film, enteric.

* Other industries, peticide, feed chemical fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff, and son on.
