Main Parts of Chicken Layer Coop
Nipple Drinker
1. Stainless steel valve with three-ply seal, 360°contacts
2. Sealed: we will do strict leakage test before delivery to make sure every nipple drinker isn’t leakage and highly sensitive.
3.Opening valve pressure:≤4N.
4. Adaptable water pressure: 0.5~ 5KPa
Pressure Regulator
1. Regulating sensitive: regulating range can reach 0.5~5KPa
2. Big water flow when washing, so that the water pipe can be cleaned up thoroughly.
3.The part of water level display is made by transparent PC pipe, it’s easily to read and it sealed with pressure regulator by rubber ring. Insert contacting, convenient for
disassembling and cleaning.
4. Based on chicken age level, nipple drinker water volume can be adjusted accurately according to the regulator. It could avoid water waste, humidity of house, liquid manure, more ammonia gas, so keep chicken health, surrounding environment clean.
Feeding Trough
Our feeding trough produced by imported new material ..with uniform whiteness and glossiness,
..solid quality, not easy destroy, big supporting capacity ..won’t deform and discolor after long time using.
..All contacting parts and end cap are produced by galvanized steel sheet.
Cage Frame
U type steel(hot dip galvanized bending steel.)
Surface treatment is hot dip galvanization, zinc coating thickness is 2.5mm, so it is anti-corrosion and no rusty for years, and can keep it’s self performance and appearance without being affected by surrounding poor environment.
Feeding trough supporter is shaped one-time, hanger installation, convenient, durable and solid.
Cage leg is double reinforced by rivet and screw, some factories use manual welding or just use screw.
Galvanized steel sheet.
Use Shanghai Baosteel material, 275g zinc content. But after long time using, 275g galvanized steel sheet has longer service life because of thicker zinc coating thickness.
All produced by automated NC bending machine, first it can make sure the steel performance, second, it doesn’t destroy the zinc coating thickness, so it won’t rusty and corrosive in the future, third, all product drawing are inputted by computer, every process is according to the technical parameter and specification exactly, so there won’t have any other questions when installation.
