Q2: What's your MOQ? Can I mix styles and colors?  
A2: For which have stock, there is no MOQ limitation, we can mix colors for you,

      For the models we have no stock, you can mix style customize orders, and the MOQ is 500pcs at least as normal. 

Q3: What's the delivery time?
A3: For products that are in stock, we can ship it within 3 days after receiving your payment.

      For custom order, quantity within 2000PCs, production time is 20-25 days after all details confirmed.  

Q4: What's your packing?  
A4: Our normal packing for watch is opp bag, if you want to have a watch gift box, such as round tin box, plastic box, we can also supply you, but will cause extra cost.  

Q5: Can you Custom&Put on our own logo? 
A5: Yes, we can Custom&Put on your own logo for free, On the Watch dial,buckle,Crown and caseback as you like. It can be flat, concave and embossment effect to choose. 

Q6: Would you have your own design team to design watches per our request? 
A6: Of course! We have professional designers to design new watches per your request, such as if you can send us your logo we will put the logo on and offer CAD about the engineering drawing. 

Q7: What about the warranty? 
A7: we have strict quality control department who will 100% check every pc goods before shipment ,
we make sure all the goods we sent out to customers are in good condition. 
when customers receive the defective goods, please tell us and show us the detail proof within 15 days.
