Q2.Are your samples free or need cost?
Yes, free sample is accpetable. For low value of stock item, we will provide you free sample. As for high value item and custom products, they both need sample fees.
Under both situations, courier fee need to afford by your side.

Q3.Can I customize my own design?
Custom design & OEM are both welcome. We have a professional team with rich experience in customizing variety of designs and manufacturing.
We can manufacture the products as per your requirements, which they are ornaments, glasses, plates or packing.
Q4. How long can I expect to get the sample?
It will be ready for delivery in 7-15 days. The samples will be sent to you by express. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q5.If we have not received the quotation, what is the problem & how to deal with it?
We will reply you in 24 hoursexcept for the China national holiday breaks after receiving the inquiry, and we will check with you in two days later, when our sides haven’t got any feedbacks.
If you still have not received, the mail may encounter some technical problems, so please kindly contact us without hesitation.
Q6. If the quotation is too high, do I swift to other supplier ask for quotation?
If the quotation is too high, please your side provides us more details about the products or target prices. We will offer you the best advise we can, and let you make the decision after considering our suggestion.
