1. 100% Payment Protection

If you pay through Ali Trade Assurance, via credit card or T/T, you will pay to Alibaba first, then we manufacture and deliver, Ali will pay to us only when you confirm on your electronic contract that you have got the goods, or Ali will send the money back to you.

3. Shipping service
we often use FOB Shanghai and CIF term, If you ask shipping agent to Shanghai to ship your goods, we will help you deliver the goods to Shanghai port and deal with the export customs clearances; If you need us to ship the goods to your country, we will deliver the goods to the port you tell.

2. Warranty

13 months, because there is a shipping period, so we plus one month for warranty compensation. During warranty, we will send sapare parts and components to you through Express.

4. 3D drawings service provided
after you confim the details of your order and confirm our quotation, then we can provide 3D drawings for you to preview your customized inside.

Q1: What's the final price?

A1: Because our products are big carts with huge volume, the packing fees and domestic freight will charge comparatively more, meanwhile, many customers need to customize the carts, and other factors like exchange rate, shipping fees, etc. So the price on alibaba is only an approximately range of the price. You need to contact our salers to get an accurate price according to your customization.
