NEOPRENE SHEETS LAMINATED WITH FABRICS
· NYLON - 100% 70D Nylon, standard lamination, provides soft, smooth, good stretch.
Advantages:
Nylon can display excellent abrasion resistance, high durability with good elongation and resilience. Nylon can resist most strong bases, dilute acids, solvents, insects, fungi and mildew.
Limitations:Nylon is soluble in strong acids
· POLYESTER - Good for UV fastness on car seat and other outdoor covers,
Advantages:
Polyester can offer good resistance to weathering and abrasion. It has low creep and good electrical insulation properties. It is resistant to acids, alkalis and basic industrial solvents
Limitations:Polyester readily absorbs oil and dirt
· LYCRA - 15% Spandex/85% Nylon, high stretch, shiny and smooth surface.
· ANTI-MICROBIAL - Laminated with Nylon or Polyester fabrics that are processed with a special formulated anti-microbial treatment. The fabrics are anti-mildew/mildew-resistant and are anti-bacterial.
· TERRY - 100% Nylon, shiny low pile loop.
· U.B.L. - Unbroken loop fabrics, provide high stretch and hook compatible durability.
· U-LOOP - Low pile loop fabric, hook compatible.
· J.U.B.L. - High pile fabric, stretch, durable unbroken loop. but price is more economical than U.B.L.
