2.What's the payment terms?
We can accept T/T, Western union ,L/C at sight, once the order is confirmed, 30% of the total value as deposit,balance before shipment.
3.How about the shipment?
For small quantity,we suggest use express(such as Fedex,TNT,DHL,UPS).It could be freight collect or prepaid,normally is EXW.
For mass goods,our shipment could be by sea or by air,both OK for us,normally is FOB.
4. Could i put my own logo on it?
Sure,customer’s logo can be made as your request.
5. Should I pay extra for logo printing?
If big qty,that will be free.If small qty we will charge you normally usd0.10/pc.
6. How about the quality?

7. Could I buy 1pc sample first and small order?
Of course,we support sample order and small order,especially foe new customers under certain condition.
8. How much for 1pc sample?
a. Some cheap ones can be free for one piece of each style if that is available ,but you need to pay for the freight charge.
b. Some expensive ones like acetate and stainless steel,wooden, etc,then we will charge you around USD 10/PC for the sample order.
9. If we have any idea for the sample,do you have person to design according my concept?

10. How long to make a sample?
10-30 days depending on the samples’ complexity.
11. Is the sample fee refundable or not?
