(2) Do you provide samples?

 Yes, we can provide the samples of most products . But we will charge a little model fee,if you placed the order we will  pay back the sample fee to you and freight should be collected by your side.

 Yes, our products comply with EU standard and we have certificates for every model.

(4) What's your payment term ?

 Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T. For large order, we accept L/C.

(6) How can I know the completion of my order?

 30% deposit payment---start production---Take photos you confirmed ---check the logistic---book shipment---inform customer ETD & ETA---load container---balance payment---send documents

(7) What's your delivery time ?

 It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 10 to 15 working days.

(8) How long will my goods be warranted ?

We have 5 years warranty under the right use .
