This type of plastic recycling granulator machine combines usual pelletizing line with compactor (agglomerator) feeding, which highly improves efficiency. Film will be half-melted and become higher density, then be fed to heating screw. Productivity is highly increased if with compactor system compared with usual pelletizing line same screw size.
         Pellets quality is excellent with low moisture and no bubbles, because of special screw design,
vacuum degassing system and strict filtration system. The water-ring cutting system is our advantage,
which can cut both PE film and PP woven material.

Belt conveyor with MESUTRONIC 

When metal is detected, belt will stop. Overcurrent of compactor or overload of screw will also stop belt till overload is finished.

Compactor (agglomerator)

Compactor has blades inside to cut big pieces of film or bags. High speed rotation will heat film and make film higher density. Efficiency and productivity are highly improved.

Main stages

Vacuum degassing is necessary if film is recycled and contain some moisture.

Double stage is also a good choice because double filtration will let final material cleaner.

Water-ring cutting

Our cutting system is an advantage. Both PE film and PP woven&non-woven material can get into pellets with excellent quality.
