Our Carbon Fiber Tube is great performance and appearance. Made from attractive pattern plain or Aerospace grade 2x2 twill weave carbon fiber fabrics or a lot of patterns / colors hybrid fabrics as your requirement. Longshine special tooling and structural grade epoxy resin system assures a durable and beautiful mirror like - high gloss finish or Scratch resistant matte finish right from the tool. Longshine can control more precise dimension with high accuracy moulds. We can make the carbon fiber tubes by rolling process, pultrusion process, pullwinding process, hot press molding process and etc.

Section 6: 40.5x37.5mm; Section 7: 44x41mm; Section 8: 47.5x44.5mm; Section 9: 51x48mm, Section 10: 54.5x51.5mm Each section to be better around 1 meter and within 4~5 sections, too long will be easy to bend. Each section can be max 2000mm.

For the custom-made carbon fiber parts, they will be depends on detail products. If the parts are big (such as carbon fiber car parts), normally we make the fiberglass mould by samples to make the carbon fiber parts. For the smaller but the structure is a little bit difficult parts, we need the 3D drawing (in igs or stp files) to make metal moulds to make the carbon fiber parts. For flat carbon fiber plates or veneers by cutting process, we just need the CAD drawing to cutting to carbon fiber part. Anyway, you can provide the detail pictures (top and bottom sides) with dimension marking to us for review first. We will tell you what we need for cost evaluation or production starting. Kindly pls also advice detail requirement (such as materials requirement (all in carbon fiber fabrics or outside carbon fiber fabrics inside fiberglass fabrics), required qty and Application (just for reference).
