QCM-50 series machine adapt the three guide liner axis, powerful mould locking system, make sure that the product good finfishing under pressure. SEIMENS interface touch screen including: craftwork seting, adjusting, monitor, and warming system and so on, SEIMENS editable PLC programme for different kind of product, famous brand electric components which have CE ,CCC certificate, Japan YUKEN flow and pressure proportional control system, make sure that action stablely, orientation exactly, frequency transducer keep the material pipe equal and stable.

1.Usage:
The machine is single station with single die head, which is specially designed for 2L as maximum volume,suitable for HDPE,PE,PP,PVC,PETG and other materials for blow moulding.

2.Application:
It is widely used for producing toys,bottles,jerry cans,kettles,milk tanks,etc.
