1) Are you a factory? Where located?
Yes, we are a factory, located in Nangong Xingtai City, Hebei, China.

2) Can we have free samples?
Yes,we can provide free samples, but charges first . The reason is, sampling cost usually two or three times more than normal. Sometimes it need molding.When ordering process, these charges can be deducted from order.

3) When we place the order,what's the lead time?
Lead time for sampling, 1 week more or less. Generally speaking production Leadtime will take around 20 days. If urgent orders, we can discuss and make it within 10 days.

4) Can we have your design?
Yes, with more than 10 years experieces in bags field, we can offer our clients ODM and OEM services.We can provide our design,for our customers, just need make the logo customized.

5) What's your MOQ when we place an order?
For fabric items, MOQ usually 100pcs, it depends on the raw material MOQ. If you can choose stock material, that means no MOQ imited.

6) How about your payment term ?
Payment term is , T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the shipping documents.
