Physical Adsorption (HSCAS) Our HSCAS from natural zeolite, it has of strong adsorption ability for mycotoxins. It is in lamellar structure, lack of positive charge, have a big potential to adsorption positive charge and the cationic compounds.   Degradation Toxin in Intestinal  Due to physical adsorption of intestinal absorption rate is generally low (less than 50%), in the case of mycotoxin content more, another half of mycotoxin will be absorbed by the intestinal tract, causing serious harm to animals. Therefore, around the world for the research of mycotoxin degrading enzyme, a growing number of mycotoxin degradation bacterium and degrading enzyme was found, and the existing physical and chemical methods will become a thing of the past. To incubate our degrading enzyme which produced by fermentation for 9 hours together with mycotoxins in 37 degrees Celsius, then, no residue of mycotoxin can be found. The content of degrading enzyme for Mycotoxins in this product is 1500 U/g. It can decompose Mycotoxins completely within 9-12 hours. And Lactic acid bacterias in this product can protect the intestinal mucosa.    Biosorption - to reduce the influence of physical adsorption to vitamins and trace elements Any physical adsorbent would adsorb some of vitamins and trace elements at the same time, when dosage of the of physical adsorbent are more than 0.15%, should be appropriately increased feed quantity of vitamins and trace elements arround 20%. So the physical adsorbent should be controlled in a reasonable range. And physical adsorption can not adsorb zearalenone, it must by biosorption.  Physical adsorption adsorb mycotoxins by uneven charge, but is no charge. so the hydrated silicon aluminate for zearalenone can not be adsorbed by HSCAS (Physical adsorption), it is better to by biosorption. Our products of Rhamnose lactobacillus and Enterococcus faecalis are most effective for absorbing zearalenone and aflatoxin. When mix them with the same content of Mycotoxins in 37 degrees Celsius, and then stay for 3 hours. Test the residue of mycotoxin, The result shows that the dead biomass of both rhamnose lactobacillus and Enterococcus faecalis are in 98% min adsorption rate. The main ingredient of the cell-wall of Rhamnose lactobacillus and Enterococcus faecalis is D - mannan viscous peptidoglycan, their unique structure can be combined with mycotoxins to form a compound of peptidoglycan - mycotoxins. The compound structure stability is not easy to decompose, thus can follow faeces.   Lactic acid bacteria's principle to inhibition mycotoxins The metabolites of lactic acid bacteria make mycotoxins is difficult to grow and reproduce in intestine; The main ingredient of the cell-wall of lactic acid bacteria, viscous peptidoglycan, combined with mycotoxins, will play a big role of biological adsorption; The lactic acid bacteria produce degrading enzyme in their growth and reproduction. Bacteria after crushing, increased the absorption area and binding sites, detoxification effect will be more powerful.
