Q1: Where is your factory? How can I visit it?

       Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. You can

fly to Baiyun or Shenzhen   airport directly. We will pick you up at airport. You are warmly welcomed to

visit us.

Q2: What is the material of your paper tubes & paper boxes?

       Paper, plastic, metal .etc. It depends on the products you need.

Q3: Could you provide samples, and what's the sample delivery time?

       Yes, normally we will provide several pcs of free samples, but customers need to undertake the freight cost. It will take around 7 days for the sample making.

Q4: How to place an order?

       Once all details and price confirmed, we will make sample and send for your approval. After sample confirmed, we will arrange the mass production.

Q5: What are your trade terms?
       We accept terms including Ex-work, FOB, CIF & CNF (pls advise the discharge port)

Q6: Is it a minimum order requirement? 
      Our MOQ is 500 pieces each size. If order quantity is big, our average cost would be lower,

then price for you would be also lower.

Q7: What's your lead time?

       After receiving your signed order confirmation, it will takes 2-3 weeks for the production normally.
