Wire Flattening From the round wire.

Wire transferring to make the galvanized wireband.

Make wireband for all kinds of fine wire staples.

Using hydraulic press machine to get the finished fine wire staples.

Every delivery of wire has to inspect and the results must be record:

• Tensile Strength


• Zinc/copper coating thickness

• To check the shearing forth of the fastener, should be have a balanced shearing forth value,

3. Inspection before shippment.

• Pallet packing schema should according to customer's requirements;


• Package design and damage should be right;


• Pallet Transpot packaging should be strong;
