Important Battery Warnings

1. Never put the battery in the fire or high temperature place because over heat will cause battery explosion or fire.
2. Never disassemble or alter the battery, or use hard objects to hit the battery, or open the battery with sharp objects or screw driver. All the actions will cause battery fire or explosion.
3. Do not use electric skateboard's battery to power any other items. If the battery is in use or charged or stored with high temperature, or cause unusual color, out of shape, or battery bubbling, please stop using the battery immediately and change a new one.
4. Never expose the battery to temperatures above 40℃ or below -15℃(or in the car exposed to sunshine in summer). Don't charge the skateboard until it is out of power, the battery should be charged early and often, which can extend the battery life. Used in normal temperatures, the battery pack with better long range and higher performance. If used below 0℃, the range and performance declines.
5. If the skateboard not in use for a long time, the over discharge will damage the battery which is unrecoverable. The chip in the battery records the charge and discharge, and damaged caused by without charge for a long periods with no warranty.
6. Please stop climbing hills when battery is running out soon.
7. Don't suggest riding hills continuously ( less than 5 minutes ) or skateboard battery BMS will be broken easily.

FAQ

1.When to charge the skateboard?
Due to long time international shipping, when you receive the board before first riding, please fully charge the board. If you are not planning on using the battery for a long time, charge the skateboard occasionally, at least 4 hours one month. Please stop riding and charge the skateboard immediately after riding even battery is not out of power.

2.How can I have the longest distance?
All our advised distance has been conducted in normal speed, loading and road condition. Speed with gentle trigger control and not exceeding speed much is the key. Our testing is carried out in mostly flat road condition with an 80KG/176LB rider. Loading weight, riding speed, climbing up hills will affect the riding range. More loading weight, more speed , more hills, less distance. If you want to have best distance, please remember to ride at normal speed on flat road with allowed loading weight. Regular short burst of full power will drain battery faster than you ride just maintaining a constant speed.

3.Can I climb up hills?
Yes sure, skateboard is powerful enough to climb up 20%-25%, but we do not always suggest you to climb hills, it can be very dangerous. If you have to this, try less than 5 minutes on condition that your board is 100% fully charged ( at least more than 50%) but it still depends on your weight, and how steep the hill is, or battery will broke down and braking fails. Once you find it is hard to accelerate, please stop riding then. You must know how to control your speed. Constant hill riding is not advised because transient large current discharge will damage the battery BMS and board does not work any more.

4.Does the skateboard water proof?
The board is water resistance, but once water gets into motor, it probably breaks down.So it is not recommend to ride in the rain or electronics and other components may be damaged due to water. Any damage as result of rain or water is not considered as manufacture's defect, warranty not covered.

5. What is the max weight that the board can take?
For longboard, 100KG is allowed, for short board, 80KG. Overweight will reduce skateboard performance, including lose some speed, distance and do damage to electric components due to massive pressure.

6. Can I kick push my board home if I run out of battery?
Yes, the board has very little resistance which enables it to roll almost like a normal longboard / skateboard when the power is off.

7. How to fix it if some problem with my board?
If you board has an issue, please email us and explain your board problems. You had better take pictures or video to us and explain every detail then we would immediately tell what the problem is and offer you technical assistance. If you need need replacement for repair, we are glad to provide you spare parts. Anyway We will do our best to get back to you and solve your issue as soon as possible.
