DM-8161 is a new generation high-tech product which is developed by DONGMEI  company and Xi'an Polytechinic University based on original DM-8161 four to one compound sizing starch  .It is based on native tapioca starch ,via wet method polymerization reaction and combine with all kinds of monomers .Suitable for all kinds of  gripper ,high speed rapier loom machine products or denim fabric .

1.No need to add any other agents ,can adjust the dosage based on different yarn ,machine ,rotation rate .

2.high concentration low viscosity .

3.the yarn is neat and clean with good flexibility .

4.the viscosity is stable to ensure the pulp evenly .

5.the pulp paste is transparent ,won't influence the dyeing effect .

6.improve the production efficiency ,reduce the bias of manual operation .

As main slurry :add a certain amount of water to the pulp tank ,start stirring ,add DM-8161 stir evenly ,heat to 95℃,keep the temperature for 20-30 minutes  ,wait till the volume and concentration stabilized can be used to the sizing machine .
