Q:What is your main product?

A:We can supply ALUMINIUM LOUVER, SHUTTER, SCREEN, BALUSTRADE, PERGOLA, FENCE AND GATE AND FAÇADE (including profile, hardware, accessories) as well as the finished products ready for installation.
Q:How can I get my price from you?

A: It is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below info to help us quote exact price for you.
1)\tFloor plan drawing to show dimensions, quantity and type;
2)\tHand-draft drawing to show type;
3)\tIf for glass balustrade, type of glass and thickness (single or laminated or others) and color.
Q:What’s the status of Aluminium do you provide?

A: The status of aluminium profile is 6063-T5, if need stronger material for structure parts, we are able to offer you 6061-T6.
The status of aluminium sheet is 3003, 5052 and 6061 based on your further enquiry.
Q:What kind of service do you provide?
--------------------------------------------------
A:We are able to provide the engineering as well as supervising service to guide installation our products. We are also able to provide setout drawings and fabrication drawings based on your floor plan drawings. If complicated design on commercial jobs, we are also able to provide you 3D drawings to go through details.
Q:What is your payment terms?
--------------------------------------------------
A:Normally, 30% - 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
Q:Do your windows come with the glass installed?
--------------------------------------------------
A:We will install glass at factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and if easy for our buyer to install the whole windows/doors. Onsite glazed are recommended for big sized products.
Q:What is your colour option:
--------------------------------------------------
A: We can offer standard colour range as selection. And also you can send us RAL colour no. or DGL colour NO. or INTERPON colour NO. We will match the colours for you. We can also do timber film colour.
Q:What is your colour warranty:
--------------------------------------------------
A: 10 year Film Integrity Warranty: Meets and/or exceeds requirements of AS3715, BS6496, AAMA2603;
15 year Film Integrity Warranty: Meets and/or exceeds requirements of AS3715, BS6496, AAMA2604.
Q:What is your delivery time?
--------------------------------------------------
A: 28 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.
Q: What can we do in case of problems?
--------------------------------------------------
A: In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts with available in stock, and if not stocking, the time should be depending on material ordering time which is normally 10-15 days.
Q: How do you pack the products?
--------------------------------------------------
A: It is based on types of products, or base don buyer’s specific requirement.
1)\tLOUVER: can be loose kits or fabricated well, pack them in the carton box or several panels in steel pallet;
2)\tSCREEN: can be loose kits or fabricated well, pack them in the carton box or several panels in steel pallet;
3)\tBALUSTRADE: can be loose kits or fabricated well with glasses, pack them in the carton box or several panels in steel pallet;
4)\tPERGOLA: loose kits, pack them in the carton box;
5)\tFENCE & GATE: abricated well, pack them in the carton box;
6)\tFACADE: fabricated well, pack them in the carton box or several panels in steel pallet;
