Jaw crusher Introduction
PE, PEX series jaw crusher is Large-scale tilting complex style, widely used in mining, smelting, construction, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry and many other industries, dealing with large particle size, compressive strength of not more than the various ore 320Mpa and the rough rocks or broken pieces of work. PE series for the rough-breaking, PEX series used for the small and thin breaking.
Application
Limestone, gypsum, coal gangue, quartz sand, such low hardness materials, or granite, barite, iron ore, river pebbles, such high hardness materials

Working principle
The motor transmits through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving. So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
