1.Product Description

 

DW50 MOBILE is a Wood Chipper with a powerful 20.5HP engine for fast and professional wood processing up to 6”/15 cm in diameter.

 

Our DW50 Mobile is a powerful Wood Chipper Shredder for use when you don’t have tractors, ATV Quad or other utility vehicles. This unit allows you to drive 80 km after battery fully recharged. The total width of the machine is only 86 cm/ 34”, it allows you to drive through doorway easily.You can chip whenever and where ever you want with the push of a button.

 

Thanks to the electric self- drive and two-wheel drive feature, it allows you to comfortably drive the shredder around on your property. DW50 MOBILE equips with a hydraulic brake to allow a safe control of self-driving mechanism.

 

The chipping drum mechanism is designed with a heavy roller with 4 large knives. These knives pull the wood powerfully into the shredder and cut the material reliably against the counter knife.

 

Depending on the type of material you process, how hard, wet or dry, it handles most types up to 6” in diameter efficiently, again depending on the material, up to 3~5 m3/Hr.

 

The service friendly design of our DW50 Mobile wood chipper provides for easy maintenance. The knives are easily accessible and can be re-sharpen. Both the input and discharge funnels can be folded for access or storage.
