Contraindicationotes

Instructions.
1.Choose size suitable would-protecting dressing after the completely debridement and hemostasis according to routine methods
2.Tear the packing and cover the wound the wound-protecting dressing
3.Cut or combine the dressing based on the clinical needs, do some sewing and fix if necessary
4.Connect the tubes and ensure there are only one or two exits.
5.Cover and sealing the wound and wound-protecting dressing with medical membrane
6.Connect the standard aspirator device to vacuum drainage tube; the negative pressure would be controlled withirvl26mmHg-145mmHg(17kPa-60kPa), proceed constantly drainage 3-7 days
7.Aseptic operation and other concerned operation standard should be obeyed during the urgery, observe the symptomatic of patients.
8.This product could only be used by professional medical stuff.
Routine Care.
After sealing, regular nursing services includes:
A.Parts of body easy to be oppressed such as back, sacrococcygeal region etc. nursing staff should help the patients to change position; raise those parts with washers: covers etc to prevent the drainage was oppressed or folded and cause the vacuum stopped.
B.Nursing staff should pick transparent bottle and change the bottle from time to time. To prevent the liquid in the tube flowing back to the wound dressing when changing the bottle, the tube needs to be clamped and the driving device needs to be cut off before changing.
Attentions.
1 .This product should be avoided to be touched by organic solvent such as alcohol
The color of the product may be changed if touch iodine, no need to do any further treatment.
After the packing open, the product could be used after immersing in normal saline if the clean environment could be ensured
This product could be applied only once: it should be destroyed after using, reusing is forbidden
The product is not permitted to use if the original packing is broken
Pay attention to check the batch number/date of manufacture and sterilization validity when using, do not use if the date is overdue
The product should be destoryed as routine medical waste after using
Keep the effective vacuum is the key of the successful treatment
Below points nees to be observed during the drainage.
If the negative pressure is in the range: -125mmHg--450mmHg (-0.017--0.060Mpa)
If the dressing is collapsed
If the shape of the tube inside the dressing could be seen If lots of fresh blood is drained out
If above 4 points are normal, no need to do any further treatment
