Product Description
This production line is mainly composed of extruder and SJBZ low foam profile auxiliary machine combined with advancement, reliability and practicability. This line can produce high quality low foam profiles for users.
The production line can make plastic photo frame profiles which can replace the tradional wooden frame profiles, the costs are much lower and the quality is much better than wooden profiles. The main raw materials are recycled PS, mixing with little some other additives in different formulas, this can get different quality profiles for various application, adopting SJBZ low foam technology which can save more materials cost in production.
