Q: Does the machine / equipment difficult to install?
A: We will install and debug well for the machine before delivery. Moreover, we will provide specific "user manual" for your reference, Engineers will service the equipment overseas.
Q: What is the package of this machine? Will it damage during shipment?
A: Machines will be packed in standard wooden case. So it will not damage. After you receive our machines, you can check wether it is OK.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: After the confirmed order, I will send you contract sales with our company infromation. You can transfer money to our company bank account by T/T. L/C is OK.
Q: What si the warranty?
A: It is one year warranty (except for artificial damaged).
