Q:Can you help to make my own design? What is the sample lead time?

A:Certainly.We have own sampling room to make sample. Normally sample time is 4-10days.Please contact us and send the artwork, we will check and let you know the accurate time.

A:We take fully responsible for the damaged products if caused by us.

Q:What's your sample policy?

A:Normally you need to pay for the sample though bank transfer,western union or paypal etc. After we receive the payment, we will start to arrange samples. All sample charge is refundable when your order placement.

Q: What's your delivery time?

It depends on the styles and quantities. Usually, the lead time is 35days- 45days.For small or urgent orders, we will do our best to arrange your order priority and pushing mass production on the basic of good quality.
