Lead-out table

Working principle:
1. Working mode: the hot saw cut profiles when press pause.
2. Power unit: constant-tension traction by using the variable frequency motor; two stage adjusting speed; the trolley is pulled by chain.
3. Mechanism for clamping material: opening & closing of the supporting plate and the lifting movement is controlled by the motor; because the motor can brake and lock the position. The torque limiter can prevent the motor from overloading.
4. PLC control system: PLC communicate with variable frequency controller to control the parameter, thus achieve puller movement and brake. The position is measured via encoder.
5. Touch screen: used to display puller moving status, parameter adjusting,manual operation and alarm etc.
