EMM088-5 Three Components Elastomer Casting Machine

The EMM088 series Elastomer casting machine is that our company follows the international’s advanced technological products, The Main parts are imported from foreign countries, technical and safety performance of the equipment has reached the advanced level of the same product of the same period abroad.

The EMM088-5Elastomer casting machine has 2 components to 5 components, and the output can be 0.2kg/min to 120 kg/min, the tank capacity can be 20L to 1000L.

The EMM088-5 Elastomer casting machine has one prepolymer barrel and one MOCA barrel, and the two metering units using frequency governors to control the metering pump’s output, thus change the difference mixing index. This kind of machine is specially used in the polyurethane elastomer casting products.
