Introduction

Avian influenza virus (AIV) can distinguish several different types according to the hemaglutinin(H) and neuraminidase(N) protein antigenicity. Combined H5/H7 Avian influenza virus Antigen Rapid Test Card is for detection H5 and H7 AIV antigen in Avian feces.

Combined H5/H7 Avian influenza virus Antigen Rapid Test Card is a chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of H5 AIV antigen in Avian feces. When a sample derived from feces was added into sample-well on the card, it can move along membrane with underlying anti-H5/H7 AIV monoclonal antibody conjugated by colloid gold. If the antigen in the sample, and the detection line of antibodies will show wine red. If no antigen is present in the sample, no color reaction occurs.
