3.Can you do odd shaped cover? Or only for rectangle shape?

We can do different kinds of shapes. NO matter what it is. You can send the design of the pool to us. We will make the cover accordingly by using triangulation. For the odd shape, you can send us the data and we will make a drawing for you to confirm.

4.Can you send me a small sample of the fabric and maybe one only of each type of fixing please.

Yes, We can send you sample for your checking for free. While the courier charge will be paid by your side.

5.Should I drain my pool when I am ready to put on my cover this winter?

NO. Never drain your pool in preparation for winter. If properly winterized, the water in the pool will be fine and it actually helps to support the cove r in the case of a large snow load. Your cover warranty specifically states that water levels lower than 18" from the top of the pool may void your warranty and can result in damage to the cover.

6.Will the cover be heavy? Is it easy to install?

The cover is very light like super light. It is very easy to install. You will also get an installation manual when you receive the goods. Usually, 2 person is enough or handling a safety cover for residential use.

7.What are the payment terms you can accept?

Our payment terms are 30%T/T in advance,70% balance before delivery and L/C at sight.We could also accept Western Union if you want.
