This SB50 model rice huller with polisher machine is a combined rice mill , can carry out all the rice processing works from cleaning grain, hulling grain to milling rice in succession. It is widely used for processing paddy rice into polished and white rice. As to husk, chaff, blighted grain, as well as polished rice, they are all pushed out of machine separately. It is indeed a new generation of Combined Rice Mill Machine.
Paddy goes into machine through vibrating screen and magnet device, and then passes rubber roller for hulling. After air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the paddy finishes the process of husking and milling in succession. Then husk, unripe paddy, and white rice are expelled out of the complete rice milling machine respectively. The dust collector collects the fine rice husk from the rice mill machine.
