Automatic core shooting machine for casting production
Automatic core shooter machine is used for a radio system core box automated, semi-automated core shooting device, the machine can be designed according to user\\'s requirements of automatic, manual and semi-automatic equipment. Full-automatic equipment uses the Japanese OMRON PLC to control. Manual and semi-automatic equipment uses distributor button to control. The upper blowing device, which have function of automatic propeling, automatic clamping, automatic shooting, automatic reseting, suitable for mass production, medium size, complicated shape, as well as higher demand of the casting sand core\\'s inner chamber. The machine adopts electrical heating, automatic temperature control, which has advantage of easy operating, high productivity, low labor strength, stable operating, low energy consumption, low noise, etc..

1.ZH Series Foundry Core Shooting Machine adopts programmable controller (PLC) control.
2.Each quantitative shooting, can single hole or porous sand shooting.
3.Temperature automatic digital display, high and low temperature according to the requirement of process selection of instrument control.

5.Mould heating is electric heating.
