Technical Details of Egg Chicken Laying Coop:
1. Feed trough Bracket
Feed trough Bracket is assembled with two parts together. It is adjustable, and convenient for installation.
2. V Type Water Channel
V type water channel collect splash water from the drinker, keep the dry of the cage and also the manure, avoid the chicken disease effectively.
3. Feed Adjustable Device
The feed adjustable device keep the uniformity of the feeds in the trough, prevent some chickens go hungry, thus keeping all chickens have high efficient egg laying rate
4. Static Wire
This static wire deliver a slight current.When the chicken wants to peck eggs, give an electric shock to avoid such incidents.
5. EggSaver
The EggSaver ensure that eggs roll off safety onto the longitudinal belt. This wire is raised and lower at certain intervals during the laying period. An additional advantage of the Egg Saver is that the freshly laid, still moist egg can dry off before they roll onto the egg belt, thus minimizing the amount of dust and feathers sticking to the eggs.
6. 7°Slop Bottom Mesh
This is the most suitable slop. it can make sure eggs sliding smoothly, and zero egg breaking rate. Meanwhile chickens won’t feel tired when they stand at this slope, so that increasing the egg laying rate indirectly.
7. Manure Removal Host Protection
This could prevent the host from rusting, avoid chicken feathers into the host when the fan's runing , and reduce the ammonia load of the house air.
8. Lay Eggs Plate
This could avoid the shy of chicken when laying eggs, so could increase the laying rate.
9. Transverse Sliding Door
This transverse Sliding Door could control chickens’ habit of raising, throwing heads, and dig feed. So this could avoid the feed losses greatly.
