1.Filling Mouth Folding Unit
Machine adopt vaccum chuck to open bag ,then folding device to fold filling mouth, can fold filling mouth for 3 pieces bag in one time. It's the fastest equippment in currently market.Can save many labor cost.
2.Qualification Checking Unit
With automatic qualified checking unit ,can sending disqualified bag away.Make sure there won't have material waste.
3.Paper Cover Inserting & Sewing Unit
Machine have top & buttom edge paper cover inserting function. After inserting ,sewing machine will sewing the top & buttom edge ,then auto cutting the sewing thread.
4.Automatic Collecting Device
Collecting adopt rotary collecting device and with number counting,make collecting in smooth flat.
