This model of Horizontal V Type Cutting Machine is the fourth generation product of our company. Still remember the previous third generation product revised with the original design of automatic saw blade descend during the drawcut (Patent # 200920194599.1)? This technique innovatively resolves the long-term issue of blade dragging during drawcut, surpassing its contemporary products and imitation. Based on this very premise, the current fourth revise has increased the feeding distance in order to stabilize the cutting efficacy, trustworthy for widespread promotion and application. Through adjusting the tong holder dimension, it is suitable for cutting in 45° for materials of different size and type. The current product is popular to our customers since it has been launched in the market.
The size and shape of the clamping device is customizable to fit in larger quantity of narrow profiles for up to 10 pieces at a time.Cutting occurs alternately at both end of the materials, handy and efficient. It is the perfect machine for massive production of narrow Aluminum frames under 85mm in height such as photo/picture frames.
