A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

About sample:

1)Our team will prepare samples for you as soon as possible to win any of your potential business opportunity. Normally,it need 1-2 days to send you ready-made samples.If you need new samples without printing,it would take about 5-6 days.Otherwise,it need 7-12 days.

2)Sample charge:Depends on the product you are inquiring.If we have same samples in stock,it will be free,you only need pay the express fee!If you want to make sample with your own design,we will charge you for the print flim fee and freight cost.Film according to the size and how many colors.

3)When we received the sample fee.we will prepare the sample as soon as possible.please told us your full address(including recipient full name.phone number.Zip code.city and country)

4)Sample fee refound. Sample cost only charged at the time of first cooperation. And if your first order amount more than usd10000, the sample fee can reduce after you place the order.

NOTES:

1. If your order is less than 100KGS,shipping by UPS, FEDEX,TNT, or DHL will be more economical and convenient for you.

2.If your order is more than 100KGS,shipping by air may be cheap,but you need collect from the airport.

3.IF you order more than 2cbm ,by sea will be cheaper, but you need have an agent who can clear the custom for you.
