Tianjin Jinfan Mould Co., Ltd., located in Balitai Industrial Park Jinnan District Tianjin, is near to Tianjin Airport and Tianjin Port and has convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of 4042 square meter. The main business scopes of our company include plate mould prodcution, heat exchanger production, heat exchanger unit manufacture, machining, plate prodcution, plate heat exchanger service and gasket sale.
Our company has another processing plant located in Baodi District Tianjin, which covers an area of 25,000 square meter and whose buliding area is 15,000 square meter. The factory has own more 10 sets of large pressing machine, such as 30,000 t, 15,000T, 10,000T, 5,000T and so on, and more 10 sets of large punch and shear plate machines. We also have other advance equipments, such as numerical control cutting, numerical control laser cutting machine and CNC laser welding machine and so on. Our company can supply more than 150 kinds of plate for customers, whose heat exchange area is from 0.03㎡ to 3㎡. Our company strictly manufactures and control various plates and equipments according to IS09001:2008. Our powerful manufacturing capability and perfect quality control system provide the guarantee to manufacture first-class products.
