1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: Our trading company was established in 2012 and our ISO certificated factory was founded in 2005 .

2. Q: Where is your company and factory located? How can I visit you?

A: Our company is located in Taicang City, Jiangsu Province. It takes about 1 hour from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and 1.5 hours from Shanghai Pudong Airport to our factory by car. All our clients, home and abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

3. Q: How does your company and factory do regarding quality control?

A: Quality is priority. We are Japanese owned factory and we provide JIS standard products. Now 90% of our products are exported and 70% are delivered to Japan market. AKS always attach great importance to quality control from beginning to end. Our factory complies with the IS09001 standard strictly.

4.Q: What is the MOQ?

A : Usually our MOQ is 1x20ft (around 800sqm for decking). For trail order, we can negotiate.

5.Q:What is the length for the decking?

A: Our common length is 2.2m, 2.9m, 2.44m, 3.66m, 4.88m and 5.4m. We also provide customized length.

6. Q: How is the packing of the WPC? 

A: We use fumigated wooden pallets with container easy-loading structure. The pallet will be covered with plastic film and tightened by belts. Customized packing is also workable with us.
