Q1: How can i get a sample for test?
 A: Sample order for 1-5pcs are acceptable with sample cost.

Q2: What is your lead time?
 A: 1-3days for sample and about 35 days for mass production.

 Q3: How to proceed the order if i need printing our logo on it?
 A: OEM and ODM  are welcomed, yes, we  can do customized artworks as your request.

Q4:What is the advantages of Barometric altimeter?
A:Barometric altimeter can measure altitude & slope much more stably and accurately than GPS in a short time.

Q5:Can GPS Cycling Computer be used indoor?
A:As the satellite signal is very weak and unstable indoor, the data should be incorrect if using indoor.
it is better to connect speed sensor to measure speed and distance if must using indoor.

Q6:How does GPS cycling product(iGS10/20E/60) search satellite signal?
A:iGS10 series product should be used outdoor (no obstacles above), normally, the satellite signal searching time is 30s-2mins for cold start and 5s-45s for hot start. Keep product static to shorten the searching time.

Q7:What is smart backlight?
A:Backlight on/off automatically means it will calculate the sunrise and sunset time automatically, and the backlight will be on till 1 hour before sunset to 1 hour after sunrise, the rest time it will be off by default.

A:ANT+ is a wireless protocal which been widely used in sports devices.
