• Pay attention to the following three points
  

  1,Shipping: The hardware product must be couriered to and from the NORDSON office and the shipping cost must be pre paid and is not the responsibility of NORDSON.
  2,For the non-human factors of product quality issues, NORDSON offer three-year warranty services for electromagnetic lock; 3-year warranty for access control panel, electric bolt and electric strike; 1 year warranty for exit button, bracket, and power supply. The customers should take charge of the material and the maintain fees if the product damaged under other conditions.

  
  

  3,Remarks:
  • NORDSON electronic liability is limited to repair, replacement of defective products or product components.
  • Freight and maintenance costs are at the user’s cost in the maintenance period.
  • Maintenance lead time is 7 days after receiving maintenance request.
