Features

 

1.  Frequency conversion to adjust speed, adjustable travel, touching -type heat , shaped with positive pressing , capsule turning heads, picture register, air washer heat seal, upper and lower net lines , punching without cross-ward waste edges;
2.  Man-machine interface, sensor test with rejecting device;

3.  Adopt hand-wheel to adjust the shaping position, creasing position and punching position;
4.  Modules are fixed with fix pin, registering accurately and changing modules more easy;  
5.  It is also used to fill many kinds of medicines and all sorts of special-shaped materials in one plate;
6.  Adopt stainless steel and nonpoisonous material to make all the parts which are to touch medicines, meeting the requirements of GMP;
7.  This machine has been designed into separated body, which is easily moved into lifts and workshops.
