1. Main Machine Salient features
1. Salient features:
1.1.Grinding wheel and Regulating wheel
1.1.1The diameter of grinding wheel is 600mm, with strong grinding force.
1.1.2.The wide grinding wheel can increase the grinding allowance in a single pass, and decrease repeating, to raise efficiency.
1.1.3.The grinder designed for fixed grinding wheel and movable regulating wheel.
1.1.4.The spindles of grinding wheel adopted double support & muti-plate ball support dynamic oil film bearing.
1.1.5.The spindles of regulating wheel adopted double row cylindrical roller bearing, with double supported wheel.
1.1.6.The regulating wheel feed slide is equipped high rigidity linear guideway and servomotor that drives ball screws.
1.2.Lubrication
1.2.1.Lubrication of grinding wheel spindle with thermostat.
1.3.Electric
1.3.1.AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel stepless speed control, as well as reverse towing prevent function.
1.4. Dressing
1.4.1. Servo motor drives the ball screw & double “V” roller guideway are adopted on grinding wheel dresser, steps adjustable.
1.4.2. Gear motor driven the ball screw & double “V” roller guideway are adopted on regulating wheel, step-less speed.
1.5. Cooling system
1.5.1.The coolant system is equipped with magnetic coolant separator.
1.6.Control system
1.6.1.10.4” touch panel, automatic plunge-cut grinding, the load, speed, time and step level adjustable
1.6.2.PLC or CNC system optional, three axes.
1.7. Machine body and design
1.7.1. The modularization design has good looking. Its configuration can be selected as client needs.
1.7.2. Iron casting with high rigidity, natural aging.
2. Feeding and Blanking devices

Whole process : Feeding racks → roller driving device → centerless grinder
→ blanking roller → receiving racks
The automatic bar feeding and receiving machine for centerless grinder is made up of two parts: auto-feeding system and auto-receiving system. With the application of this machine, manpower and working intensity can be reduced and the bumping damage resulting from the grinding process can be avoided. So it improves production efficiency, lowers the production cost effectively, decreases the quantity of workers and realizes one worker multiple machine. It substantially cut the production cost of the products.
