Die cutting machine
Product Description

 

Feeding unit
1.High quality MABEG feeder, 4 pick-up suckers and 4 forward sucker, ensure stable and fast feeding.
2.Pre-loading device to feed paper without stopping the machine, maximum stack height 1600mm.
3.Pre-loading tracks help the operator push paper stack to feeding position accurately and conveniently.
4.Side gauge can be adjusted to fit different paper.
5.Paper transferred to the front gauge will slow down to ensure accurate positioning.
6.Transferring plate is stainless steel made by the German mould to make the paper conveying smooth and fast.
 Die-cutting & hot stamping unit
1.Japanese Fuji sevro motor, to achieve the precision and stable control of die cutting pressure.
2.Die cutting chase and plate are locked by Japanese SMC pneumatic cylinder.
3.Die cutting chase adopts the center-line device for fasting positioning, so that the operator don't need to consider the left-right position of the die board.
4.Die cutting boards of non-standard size can also be installed by using auxiliary tools to facilitate applicability of customers' cutting boards from different models.
5.Gripper bar, of special aluminum alloy, the surface after oxidation treatment, provided by Japan Komori, adopts double-cam opening method to release the paper during running. It can reduce the inertia of paper to collect the thin paper in order easily.
Stripping unit
1.Adopt pneumatic automatic up and down lifting function.
2.Using centralized positioning, quick lock system.
3.Stripping frame install position memorize function.
 Delivery unit
1. Non-stop delivery unit.
2.Automatic paper pile transfer, transfer working pallet to delivery unit, then place the empty pallet to wait for proceeding, can reduce manual interventiobn and ensure non-stop delivery.
