Overview
The new style steam Sleeve Shrink Machine improve the efficiency highly. It maninly applies to different and unequal round bottle, flat bottle, square bottle etc. The adjustment and maintain is convenient, the shrink is in order. The spout of steam uses the separation style which makes the tunnel smooth. The spout mouth is divided into four parts and the height ,place and quantity of steam of every part can be adjusted in order to make the shrink effect perfect .the low pressure steam bag use the seamless steel tube design and every connect tube use stainless steel soft tube ,so the disassembly and fixing is very convenient.
The SUS304 stainless steel is largely used in the whole machine, so it is heat preservation and save energy sources, besides ,it accord with the international safety standard. The stainless steel plane at the bottom can condensate water and drainage them. The redactor and transportation machine is made by international famous brand—Spirax Sarco which working environment cannot be influenced. the waterproof design makes the operation and maintain convenient.

Working Process
1、 Steam Generator generates the steam, and distributing the steam to Steam distributer through the main inner Pipe
2、steam was distributerd to the Jet Pipe inside the Sleeve Shrink Machine through four connecting pipe
3、The Jet Pipe inside the tunnel shaked to distributing steam, the label was Shrinked.
4、After finishing the shrink, the sucker would sucking the steam wastage.

After the equipment are arrived at the customer's site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians' guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.
2. Training
1). We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users'technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. 3. Quality assurance

4). The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the production line. If there is any different between the furnished equipment in the customer's factory and the equipment concerned in the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company within goods warranty period.
