1.Feature:
The SD6109 series is a two-component room temperature curing type 100% solid content polyurethane resin contains no solvent, after curing is clear and transparent, widely used LED point light source and light, the surface of epoxy
2.Application
It is suitable for encapsulation of small and medium electronic components, such as solid voltage regulator, motorcycle igniter, capacitor, neon light electronic transformer, ballast, lighting trigger, dry type transformer, relay, etc.
3.Using process
*A and B were poured into the Automatic glue machine A and B bucket.
*Cleaning Dust and oil stains on the surface of lamp strip.
*Cleaning pipe mixer and pouring head with methylene chloride.
*Eliminate the air bubbles in the pipe, mixer and pouring head.
*Start normal dispensing
