Q:Our main products include tie rod hydraulic cylinder components(base, gland, piston, clevis), pump, valve components(valve body, valve cap) and body of gear box. Any castings, as long as you provide us design drawings, we can customize it for you.
Q2: How do you control the quality of the products?
A2:We have a series of advanced testing equipment, such as tensile tester, hardness tester, molding sand tester etc. Every casting has been tested rigorously before leaving the factory.
Q3: What's the spheroidization rate of your castings?
A3:Spheroidization level LV1, spheroidization rate reach to 96.35%
Q4: How long does it take to process orders?
A4:It usually takes 10-14 business days to process most orders for no stock, if stock available, only take 2- 3 business days.
