Main Features:
QGF type barreled water producing line is the core equipment in the 5 Gallon barreled drinking water producing line. It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic parts adopt products with brand of AIRTAC. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopt the special technology equipment from American sprayer company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on the compact structure and high automatic technology. It is the fully automatic barreled water producing equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components

Decapper
The decapper is designed to remove the cap from the returned bottles.
The PlC manages all automatic and manual functions and allows to records statistics regarding the incoming bottles. This unit can be up-graded to recognize and discard potentially contaminated bottles.
Outside Wshing Machine
Automatic barrel outer brushing machine specially work with 5 Gallon barreled water producing line. It is used for reducing the settling caused by the mineral water itself and some algae substances in the process of mineral water producing. The machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance. The main electrical elements adopt the products with brands of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic elements adopt the products with brand of AIRTAC.
Rinsing Filling Capping Machine
1/Shape structure adopted concave and convex shape, perfect appearance also reduces the leakage.
2/The thickness of the stainless steel plate which used for 600bph is 3mm.
3/Tank and the heating pipe in tank are removable which become more clean sanitation.
Rinsing
The washer is fitted with double washing rotating nozzles which guarantee the following advantages: The jet of water hits not only the bottom, but the handle and the walls too. The nozzles are self-cleaning (the water flow is inverted at the passing of each bottle) and the washing efficiency is therefore guaranteed. The disassembly for maintenance is considerably reduced. The beam carrying the bottles is synchronized with the nozzle even in case of chain extension.
Filler
The filling process is electronically controlled to ensure into the bottle the predetermined volume of water. The filling valve and all the piping, valves etc. in contact with the product have a sanitary design and are made of 304 S.S. The washer and filler is "in block" in order to avoid the potential contamination of the clean bottles travelling from the washer outlet to the filling area.

The bottle takes the cap directly from the canal chute. The snapping of the cap on the bottle neck is carried out through the pressure developed by a belt conveyor, provided with a system to adjust the force in order not to stress the bottle.
light check
The light is soft,no harm to eyes,it's for checking the filled bottle by conveyor,to see whether the filled bottle is ok or not.
