A4: Our machine warranty is 1 year (from the installation date)for all machine parts.
Exception: consumable machine parts such as screw, motor and ect. Damage caused by operation
Q5: What's payment terms, trade terms you accept?
A5: Usually we accept T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment, we usually offer FOB SHENZHEN price
but we also accept other way like L/C, and do CFR&CIF etc.
Q6: Does it easy to operate and what can I do if it doesn't work?
A6: First, our machine is stable and easy to operate, and we will arrange our engineer to install your machine and train your workers to operate the machine. Also we will send you manual and video. If there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, email us. And we will give solutions within 36 hrs.
Q7: If the machine's spare parts broken, where can I get?
A7: We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable along with the shipment, we have Q/C department to control the quality. When the machine is finished, we will make sure it's work well. our quality is good, in case it broken within one year, we will sent you for free.
